Today, Best Christian Workplaces Institute announces the hiring of Jay Bransford as the organization’s new President and Chief Operating Officer. With more than 20 years of leadership in respected Christian organizations and for-profit companies, Jay was the top choice of an international search that involved 600 candidates.

Jay earned a BS in Economics from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. He and his wife, Andrea, are the parents of a grown son, Graham, and make their home in Nashville, Tennessee.
Jay came to know Christ personally through attending an Alpha course. (AlphaUSA is a Certified Best Christian Workplace). He eventually began staffing and leading Alpha courses with his wife.
