Aimee Hodges

Aimee Hodges partners with senior leaders and ministry organizations worldwide to strengthen culture, elevate leadership effectiveness, and drive organizational flourishing. In this role, she provides strategic advisory support across BCW’s suite of services, including Employee Engagement Surveys, Leadership 360 assessments, and customized culture consulting engagements.
Aimee brings more than 15 years of leadership experience with The Navigators, a global ministry, where she held a range of influential roles spanning organizational development, leadership formation, and field leadership. Her experience includes advancing large-scale employee engagement initiatives, designing and launching leadership and staff development strategies. Most recently, she served as Chief of Staff for the organization’s Training, Development, and Care division, contributing to enterprise-level strategy and execution.
Aimee is a Professional Certified Coach and holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. She is known for her ability to guide leaders through complex organizational dynamics, with particular expertise in cultivating healthy, diverse teams and fostering environments of trust, clarity, and purpose. As the founder of Hodges Leadership Coaching, she has also advised and coached leaders across a range of sectors, equipping them to lead with courage, resilience, and compassion.
With a global perspective shaped by her work and travels, Aimee is passionate about helping organizations align mission, people, and culture to achieve lasting impact. She is committed to walking alongside leaders as they pursue BCW’s vision of flourishing workplaces.
