Aimee Hodges is a consultant at Best Christian Workplaces (BCW). Aimee provides consultative advice to ministry partners, like your organization, as they take part in an Employee Engagement Survey, Leadership 360, or other BCW culture consulting services.
Aimee comes to BCW with 15 years of experience with The Navigators, which includes working with BCW's Employee Engagement Survey, launching Leader and Staff Development initiatives, and serving as the City Director in Atlanta. Most recently, Aimee served as the Chief of Staff for The Navigators’ Training, Development, and Care department.
With a background as a Professional Certified Coach and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, Aimee brings a deep understanding of leadership dynamics to her work. She specializes in supporting leaders as they navigate the complexities of diversity within their teams. Previously, she founded Hodges Leadership Coaching, focusing on empowering leaders to lead with courage and compassion.

Originally from Colorado, Aimee recently returned to the state after a decade in Atlanta. She enjoys both city life and camping, hiking, and hunting in the mountains. She loves to travel and experience new cultures but also enjoys family time with her nieces and nephew.
