Faith Gaines is the Director of Consulting at Best Christian Workplaces (BCW). At BCW, she works with ministry partners, like your organization, as they take part in an Employee Engagement Survey, Leadership 360, or other BCW culture consulting services.

She is an executive with global experience helping organizations strengthen leadership, engagement, and culture to drive meaningful, measurable impact. She has led consulting practices and large-scale leadership development, culture transformation, and employee and member engagement initiatives across five continents, partnering with organizations to translate data into practical strategies that strengthen workplace culture and elevate business performance.
