Survey Operations Manager

Heather Snyder is the Survey Operations Manager at Best Christian Workplaces (BCW). She joyfully leads the team that guides ministry partners through the Employee Engagement Survey, Pulse Survey, Volunteer Survey, and 360 Leadership Review processes. At BCW, she ensures that the excellent timeliness of the delivery of your BCW services, and that they are of the highest quality.  Heather is encouraged when she sees organizational improvements. She enjoys working with people at all levels of an organization and helping your leadership understand the value that you are receiving from BCW's tools. 

With strong attention to detail, Heather also has her eye on the big picture. She asks the necessary questions to support each project, whether the project is for an organization of ten or ten thousand. Prior to BCW, she gathered a decade of project coordinating and bookkeeping experience in the architecture industry.

Heather loves volunteering: she has been a library assistant, a board member for a private elementary school, and a “Mom” to dozens of youths in a local outdoor adventures program. Currently, she volunteers with ministries focused on supporting families with children undergoing treatment at Seattle Children’s Hospital. 

Heather and her husband, Jeff, have been married for over 30 years and have two adult children. In her free time, she enjoys getting outside for a walk in her city of Seattle, Washington, reading novels, and she is always on the lookout for a great estate or yard sale.
