As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, Co-Founder, and Leadership team, Jalisa Watts is committed to operational excellence by providing strategic and administrative support that align with the day-to-day vision and values of Best Christian Workplaces. With a strong background in program management, meeting coordination, and stakeholder engagement, she acts as a trusted partner to leadership by streamlining processes and managing key initiatives.
Jalisa holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Morris College (2012) and a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Strayer University (2018). She brings over six years of administrative support, with four of those years supporting executive leadership, and over ten years of customer service experience.
Whether through scheduling, emails, or other communication, Jalisa is excited to help you on the road to flourishing.
Originally from South Carolina, she and her husband of twelve years now reside in New York with their two boys. She is a covenant partner of her church where she serves in hospitality ministry, dance ministry, and event planning. With her veteran husband and two boys, Jalisa enjoys time with her family, reading, and cooking. Her favorite Bible Verse is 2 Timothy 1:7 (NLT) "For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline."
