Jen Rathmell

Business Systems Analyst

Jen Rathmell is the Business Systems Analyst at Best Christian Workplaces (BCW). In this role, she serves as a bridge between our system users and our IT developers. Jen identifies user requirements, prioritizes system development needs, and helps keep our technology development aligned and moving forward.

Jen and her husband spent 22 years on the mission field serving in various capacities in Okinawa, Japan and Chiang Mai, Thailand.  In Thailand, Jen served as a teacher and schoolwide counselor helping families navigate challenging issues and guiding them to helpful solutions.  Her experience in education ranges from high school teaching to guiding doctoral students through their final dissertations.  

Jen can't wait to help you and your team achieve goals and flourish in your God-given gifts.  

Recently, Jen and her husband relocated to the United States of America to care for Jen's elderly father. They bought a “fixer-upper” and have been busy renovating their new house. A great deal of love, sweat, and tears have come out of the project, but they are grateful for a stateside place to call home. Together with her husband, Jen has three adult children who delight them in various ways.  In her spare time, Jen loves reading good research articles, teaching, and having coffee with friends.
