Meghan Eastep

Sales Representative

Meghan Eastep is a Sales Representative at Best Christian Workplaces (BCW). She wholeheartedly believes in the importance of Christ’s church in the world and also believes that Christian organizations help serve as His hands and feet. At BCW, Meghan works directly with organizations like yours to help you uncover the importance of employee engagement. She also works behind the scenes to help the marketing team with projects.

Meghan has always had a heart for nonprofit work. She has a degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management and has worked with several nonprofits, including Make-A-Wish America. She originally worked for BCW as an independent contractor in 2019-2020. She took time to support her family as her husband went through Pharmacy residency, but shortly after his studies concluded, God led her back to the mission of BCW.

Meghan hopes BCW inspires your organization to “do it all for the glory of God.” She cannot wait to speak with you about the value of employee engagement. 

She lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and has two beautiful children, Penny and Elliot. She enjoys hiking with her family, cooking for her husband, and the quiet hours at night when she can study God’s Word and read good books.
