Tara is an experienced organizational leadership and engagement consultant with a focus on Christian non-profit organizations. She has worked with the Best Christian Workplace Institute, Christian Leadership Alliance, Human Resource Ministry Network, and the Salvation Army. With eight years in management at Aon-Hewitt (an HR Consulting Company) and a decade developing talent at Willow Creek Community Church.

Tara is a seasoned HR strategist, coach and public speaker. She specializes in best practices that enhance employee engagement, managerial competence, and organizational outcomes. She also coaches high-capacity professionals and emerging leaders to amplify their effectiveness and mission impact. She is an adjunct professor at Indiana Wesleyan University and a certified facilitator with the Ken Blanchard Institute, Korn-Ferry, EQ-i 2.0, and Myers-Briggs organizations. She holds a BA in Psychology and Business from Bradley University.
Tara, her husband Rich, and their son live in Florida where they love to golf. Tara is an avid learner who has studied topics ranging from brain research to computer programming, and she is always up for the next adventure.
