The State of the Christian Workplace 2025 report offers practical information about what matters most to employees in today’s workplace. The report is based on anonymous feedback from nearly 160,000 employees in Christian-led workplaces across multiple sectors. Best Christian Workplaces’ Employee Engagement Survey is a proprietary, research-based tool for assessing workplace health.
Jay Bransford, President and CEO of Best Christian Workplaces, emphasizes the importance of workplace health: “This report highlights remarkable examples of what can happen when leaders listen to their teams and take intentional steps to build Flourishing WorkplacesTM. Leaders in healthy Christian-led workplaces model Christ and empower their teams to flourish, extending their impact to the world. However, many organizations still face challenges in fostering engagement and workplace health. Our 2024 data revealed that one-third of surveying organizations fell below the Healthy threshold. This underscores the ongoing need to support and equip leaders in their journey toward creating workplaces that honor God and uplift their people.”
