    • The first core component is choosing a destination: determine the goals for your group (14:17)
    • The second part is the captain: the character of the leader. Being intentional to model vulnerability (14:33)
    • The third core component is really about the crew. What's the culture of your crew? (14:56)
  • Have the patience to let the members of the team speak into the destination and the goal (15:55)
  • The importance of modeling vulnerability (17:03)
  • "The value of articulating cultural values. Values create guardrails to keep us healthy." (20:13)
