  • Texas Security Bank has been participating in BCWI's Employee Engagement Survey for three years. Even with the stresses of the past two years of leading through a pandemic, the employee engagement scores have continued to go up. What do you attribute that to? Are there some specific steps or communication strategies that your leaders and front-line supervisors used to keep employees engaged in this unusual season? Shon – what are your thoughts? (09:01)
